SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS

Outside of Warranty, we offer maintenance agreements that will provide you with the highest level of customer satisfaction, quick response time with up to 50% savings from no agreement at all. Not having any form of warranty or maintenance agreement puts you at full risk.
- 1. Our maintenance agreement covers all parts, batteries, uninterrupted power supplies and associated labor to replace those items.
- 2. Our staff of trained telephone technicians are on call 7 days a week.
- 3. We service the complete line of NEC, Samsung, Norstar, Avaya and other telephone systems, voice mail and associated expansion cards.
- 4. Maintenance agreements include an annual on site technician visit at no additional charge and they provide a much needed visual inspection.
- 5. No additional charge for over the telephone instruction or programming support.
- 6. We provide 4 hour major service call response and same or next day minor service call response time. Our maintenance agreement will provide you with emergency on site service response.
- 7. Involvement with the order of additional telephone service at no charge to you our customer.
- 8. Reduction of costs for Adds, Moves and Changes - ESPECIALLY WITH OUR BACR PROGRAM.
- ***Please note: Moves (i.e. re-location of equipment), additional jacks or program changes (MAC) are not included in the maintenance agreement.

Rottweiler Systems, Inc. has the best warranties in the industry. Every system we sell comes with a two year priority warranty maintenance agreement. It covers all parts, one year warranty on wiring if we installed it, (SEE BACR WIRE LIFE TIME WARRANTY), manufactures warranty on switches, hubs and routers. BACR members also receive DOUBLE THE MANUFACTURE WARRANTIES under the BACR program.
Additional 3/4/5 year maintenance agreements are available at very reasonable prices at the time of purchase but may be added after the two year anniversary of purchase at prevailing rates.

Our 1 year, with site visits, service maintenance agreement rates vary with the price of fuel. You may also have items that you will want to add to the agreement but a good estimate and rule of thumb is as follows:

Free On Site Annual Tech Visit; Rottweiler Systems, Inc. will provide an onsite tech visit to insure your system will stay running smooth. The on site tech visit can point out potential problems and correct them before they occur saving you and Rottweiler Systems money and time for critical repairs. The on site tech visit is a $202.00 value.

MAINTENANCE REVIEW
Prior to entry into a maintenance agreement we have to inspect the hardware and are of installation. Making sure that your system is healthy and area clean of obstructions that would prohibit access and address areas that need repair.
