1. What should I do if my business telephone system is not working properly or not working properly?

2. How do I change the time on my Samsung business telephone system?

Simple, First you must log into your system as the administrator. You accomplish this by pressing the Transfer button, then dial 200. Enter your Admin code, then "1" and then press the Transfer button again.

After you have completed that step, next press Transfer and dial 505. Enter the information on the phone for the day of the week, day, month, year, hour and minutes. There is also a document with step by step instructions on our downloads page as well.

3. When will my system warranty expire?

Every Rottweiler system purchased carries at a minimum a one year bumper-to-bumper with advanced parts replacement warranty. BACR customers however, receive double the manufactures warranty and lifetime warranty on wire installations. Rottweiler customers can also view this information by logging into their on-line account. You see this information posted on the various systems that you have purchased over the years.

There are several maintenance programs that you can enroll in offering your business affordable options to protect your business against high maintenance costs. Our suggestion is that if your system cost more than 1500 dollars, keep costs under control by subscribing to a low cost maintenance program.

5. Will my telephone system still work when the power goes off?

Telephone systems still require power, if you have a uninterrupted power supply that it plugs into, then the system will stay up only as last as the UPS maintains power. If system power fails, your Rottweiler System has a battery on the memory card that should restore the system programming once power is restored. However it may take a minute for the system to boot back up, be patient.

6. How do I change a name on my Samsung business phone?

Press Transfer and dial 104. Press Hold and type in the new name you would like to have displayed on your phone. If you have a name that has two consecutive letters, press the up arrow and the cursor will move to the right. REMEMBER: This does not change any settings inside the voice mail you will also have to log into the voice mail and change those settings as well.

8. How do I obtain software or applications for my Samsung Atlanta phone system?

To produce the best software applications on the market, applications are updated frequently. The version you need is based on your OfficeServ system software. You may have to update a version of software on the system prior to an application implementation.

Making a conference call is easy. Let's assume you have the first call established, press the conference button or press scroll until you do, the phone will state, make next call. Make your next call and press conference twice. It's that simple.

11. Will my DCS and iDCS telephones work with our new VoIP phones?

Samsung systems are designed to work with both the DCS / iDCS telephones. Since both models work with the system the only consideration you need is with the system compatibility. All OfficeServ systems worth with VoIP telephones installed into a system.

12. What if our business needs or wants to change dial tone carriers?

Rottweiler offers the primary four carriers in metro Atlanta for dial tone and Internet service.

We offer these services at preferred commercial rates which are lower than you will be quoted directly by the carrier. Before you make the jump, you will want to contact us for a review of your communication needs.

13. How long should it take to install my business telephone system?

Every installation takes careful consideration if you want to successfully install your communications system right. A Rottweiler Systems specialists knows how to accomplish this. So consult 6 weeks prior to your move and if it is a system replacement or change out, allow plenty of time to accomplish a successful installation.
